antler chew antler dog bone XLDo you treat the antler chews with anything?

They are 100% all natural, just as if your pup were hiking in the forest to find an antler treat.  We basically use a sand blast technique to remove any debris or residue off the antlers.

How do you prepare the antler chews for dogs?

We cut them to the desired size and sort them by diameter to get the proper size appropriate for pets.  We use a sand tumbling process that removes any dirt or residue.

What do I need to be concerned about before giving an antler chew to my dog?

As with ANY dog chew toy, to ensure safety, remove the antler chew when it becomes a choking hazard.  Choosing the appropriate size antler chew for dogs is most important to avoid possible hazards.  (see below)

Corgi Butts review

“Antlers are the best chew toy or treat a dog can have.   Why?  They are safe, odorless, won’t stain, won’t splinter, won’t get slimy and are completely digestible.  Plus, dogs love the marrow inside!  Oh and they last FOREVER.  Considering they last months, while bully sticks and rawhides last minutes makes them a bargain!  Plus, it’s much less embarrassing explaining to guests what it is than explaining what a bully stick is…”   Gibson has been chewing on Antler dog bones from The Peak Antler Company for over 2 years.  I love them because shipping is always free and fast and the antlers are super high quality.  And since antlers are shed naturally, no animals are ever harmed! – see full article

Lee said… “Our Service Dogs in training love these antlers! They carry them around and stop every few minutes to chew for a bit. It’s funny to watch them try to share them with each other. I have given several away to my other puppy raiser friends. Never had one come back!”

“Our dog EllieMae is a constant chewer! Her current antler is only one month old and almost gone. We’ve been through many, many different kind of “chew” type products. We highly recommend this product, it’s safe, doesn’t make a mess, and best of all she LOVES IT!!!”

“These antler dog bones are the BEST! Dolly loves hers and you don’t have to worry about the possibility of choking like the rawhide chews. Cheaper too!”

“I read about Antler dog bones on Corgi Butts Blog and ordered one for my dog. It arrived about 2 hours ago and I promptly gave it to Ginger. She’s been chewing happily on it for two hours now and even didn’t even bother to look up when a thunderstorm rolled through (that’s the first time ever she didn’t try to crawl under the bed). Thank you for providing this wonderful product.”

“These dog bones are the best. What a great idea.  Absolutely no mess at all. Highly recommended.”

“We have rescued retired racing Greyhounds from the same litter. Over the years many different types of chewies have come and gone. Today I bought our first Elk Antler dog bone home to see how everyone liked it. It went over very well with each of them and there were no worries of splintering or breaking in this antler!!  Thank you for these great chews!!!”
